2. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing the Site or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Service.
3. Description of Services
We offer live online classes and videoconferences on design, conducted individually or in small groups through video communication platforms (for example, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Each lesson is an interactive session with a teacher in real time. The details of each lesson, its content, duration and payment format are indicated on the corresponding page on the Website. We do not provide pre-recorded courses or videos as part of the main Service, unless this is agreed separately as an additional option (for example, recording a past live lesson for re-viewing).
4. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access some of the Service's features, including class appointments and schedule management. You commit to: Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during registration.Keep your password safe and be responsible for all the activity that takes place under your account.Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payment and Refund
Payment: All prices for classes and packages of classes are indicated in USD and must be paid in full or according to the conditions specified for a particular class/package. We use secure payment systems Visa, Mastercard, American Express. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.Cancellation and Postponement of Classes:
* You can cancel or reschedule your booked class without loss of payment by notifying us no later than 24 hours before the start.
* If a class is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start, the class is considered completed and the payment is not refunded/ burned out.
* If a Student fails to attend a class, the class is considered completed and the payment is non-refundable.* In case of cancellation of the lesson on the initiative of the Company, we will offer to postpone the lesson to a time convenient for you or a full refund for the canceled lesson.
Refund of funds for class packages:
* Refunds for unused classes from the purchased package are possible within 90 calendar days from the date of purchase of the package. At the same time, the cost of already conducted classes is recalculated at the standard price per lesson (without package discount).
* There is no refund for unused classes after 90 days from the date of purchase of the package.
* Refund requests should be sent to skilldesign.site@proton.me or WhatsApp +995 593 307 817 They will be reviewed within 3 business days.
* The refund is carried out in the same way as the payment was made.
6. Intellectual Property
Our content: All teaching methods, training programs, visual materials (for example, presentations, work files, templates) used or demonstrated by the teacher during live classes, as well as any recordings of live sessions that the Company may provide to the Student, are the property of Individual Entrepreneur SERGEI IUNIN or his licensors and are protected by copyright laws. trademarks and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of these materials, except as expressly permitted by these Terms (for example, for personal use during training).
User Content: You retain all rights to the content (e.g. projects, homework) that you create and showcase/upload as part of the Service. However, by displaying or uploading content, you grant Individual Entrepreneur SERGEI IUNIN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, produce derivative works, display and perform your content in connection with our Company's Service and activities, including, but not limited to, the use of your work in our portfolio or marketing materials., always with an indication of authorship, if applicable.
7. User Behavior
You agree not to use the Service for: Violations of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.Impersonating another person or organization.Uploading, publishing, emailing, or otherwise transmitting any content that is illegal, malicious, threatening, offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, violating someone's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.Downloading or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
Unauthorized access or use of parts of the Site or Service that are not intended for public access.
Distributing or providing access to class recordings or other educational materials to others without our written permission.
Conducting unauthorized video conference recordings without the consent of all participants.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Individual Entrepreneur SERGEI IUNIN makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free (excluding possible failures of third-party video communication platforms), or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
